Buyer's Myths - Answered
  1. It doesn't matter which REALTOR® you choose to work with to buy a home.
  2. The Sandi Pressley Team sells a lot of real estate. Perhaps they're too busy to pay attention to my buying needs.
  3. It doesn't matter which REALTOR® I work with to buy a home. They all have access to the same information.
  4. It doesn't really matter if I get prequalified or pre approved for a loan. I can do that when I find the home I want to buy.

Seller's Myths - Answered

  1. It doesn't matter which REALTOR® you list your home with.
  2. The Sandi Pressley Team sells a lot of real estate. Perhaps they're too busy to pay attention to my listing.
  3. You should select the REALTOR® who says he/she can get you the highest price.
  4. All I really have to do to sell my home is to put a FOR SALE sign in my yard and an ad in the newspaper.
  5. Pricing a home is a mysterious process.
  6. It's not a good idea to list with a REALTOR® who has a lot of listings, especially if some of them are in your own neighborhood.
  7. Brokers who "discount" commissions can do an adequate job of selling your home.
